Remember that the Philippines is a THIRD WORLD country with very LIMITED RESOURCES. A single dollar can help save lives. Please help spread the word to raise awareness and funds. So many are missing and still need rescue.
Fox News has just reported (09/28/09) that the death toll has risen to 140 and that number is expected to increase dramatically within the next couple of days. Rescue missions are still ongoing. Another storm is set to hit Friday.
Thousands have lost their homes and are in dire need of relief. Thousands are starving.
