ReplyDeleteI'm always on the search for the spiritual vibrance... At so many points in my life, I find my fellow man to be utterly disappointing. The capacity for man to be cruel and harm his fellow man astounds me. On the other hand, (Btw, I only have two hands, I'm not like one of those weird economists that has three hands.. hehe), there are times I find solace in the spiritual vibrance in certain people and in the world that gives hope. Some hope comes in the form of song, writing or an enlightened person's words.
I tuned into what Bishop Desmond Tutu said, "I am what I am because of who we all are." Ubuntu. He also said, "If I diminish you, I diminish myself." It's "Me, We", "Love", "Harmony", "Community"; a true prosperity that is of the Spirit. In Dr. Martin Luther King's "Love in Action" Speech he said, "One does not need to be a profound scholar to be open minded, nor a keen academician to engage in an assiduous pursuit of the truth."
It is true what you said about the universe. When you have faith for something, whatever it is, the universe conspires with you to help you make it so. Centeredness. Calm. Peace. Ubuntu.
