with the rest of the britpop wave including s club 7, 5ive, 911, boyzone [lol at ronan keating's voice], peter andre, the spice girls [!!!] et cet.. came billie piper, who was at once one of my pre-teen pop idols. she wasn't that cute back then but she had the besttt songs. i remember buying a tape of that album and, yep, i still know all the words. i seriously want to find that tape.. or re-purchase that album on itunes or whatevs. anywayyy, yeh.. my roommate got me into watching this television program last year, secret diary of a call girl. it was well written, sexual, hilarious, and british. and after finishing the entire first season, i was like, "she's sooo pretty. why does she look sooo familiar?" three minutes later, "omg omg i know who she looks like!!! do you remember billie piper?!" my roommate, not surprised, "uh.. that IS her.." OH.
but, of course, nothing could ever beat the legends which are the s club 7 tv show + the spice girl movie. duh.

EDIT: oh and wtf. i wasn't aware that peter andre's death was merely a RUMOR?! damn, this whole time i was tricked into thinking he was six feet under at such a young age.
